What will I get with my logo design?
All the image files you require for your printing and online needs. On the completion of your project, we will send you a ZIP folder with the original editable vector files (.ai - Adobe Illustrator; .cdr – CorelDraw; .eps - generally used vector file) and a couple of raster files (JPG & PNG), with and without a background image so you can preview your logo on virtually any device. You are also very welcome to request additional file formats without any extra costs. Plus, you'll get the full legal copyright, so the design will be all yours.
How much does it cost?
Our logo design prices start at $170 USD (icon/letter logos) and go up to $600 USD (character/mascot logos) - depending on what exactly you need. There are no additional/hidden fees - this is a once-off payment. Once we have received your order form, our staff will review it and send you an email containing the quote with a payment link. Every quote will include a detailed explanation of the designing process.
What if I need additional logo variations?
The cost of the design package only includes one final logo. The time spent on creating and optimizing your logo for print and online use can be lengthy so if you need a second logo for a different purpose, there is an additional $50 USD fee. With that said - we will include editable vector files in your final ZIP folder, if you would like to create the second version yourself.
How many revisions are included with the price?
The logo design price includes 3 to 7 unique concept designs and UNLIMITED revisions. If you need to see even more unique concepts after that, we will offer you an 'upgrade' option at 50% of the original ordered amount. So just to be clear - the price of the design includes unlimited revisions (font-, layout-, color- and small custom changes).
Can I use my own images in my logo?
Of course! This is your logo and we will create whatever you want us to. HOWEVER, we do not take any responsibility for designs created from images received by the client. By sending us an image, the client declares that he or she either owns the copyright to that image or has the necessary permission to use that image.
How long will this take?
Once payment has been received, designers usually take up to two business days (Monday - Friday) before presenting you with the first preview image. After that we have a standard 'one business day per revision' policy. Unfortunately we cannot control the work demand so this timeline is only an estimate.
Is there any money back guarantee?
Unfortunately we do not offer a money back guarantee. We feel it's only fair that we get paid for time spent on a project. We provide a portfolio of our previous designs on our website so you can get an idea of what to expect when working with our designers. Each project gets the same creative enthusiasm from our designers.
Can you redo my existing logo?
Most certainly! Please use this link to upload your logo file and design requirements.
I don't know how to describe what I want...what now?
This actually happens more than often. Describing something that doesn't exist yet can be a daunting experience. With experience we found it helps if the customer draws it out and send us the photo.
How much does a stationery design cost?
Stationery designs starts at $100 per item, but existing customers only pay $80. Ordering more than one stationery item will result in a discounted price. The cost of the stationery item also include only 5 variations (5 different employee details).
How much does a poster design cost?
Our graphic design prices starts at $100 - depending on what you need. We usually bill you for our time spend on your project.
How long does it take before I get my designs?
Our designers usually takes 24 to 48 hours designing and preparing your first preview image. After that, its usually 24 hours turn-around time.
I have a deadline! I needed the designs two days before yesterday - can you help?
Yes we can! Please specify in your form that you have a urgent deadline, and one of our designers will send you some preview images ASAP. We should also mention that this option does have 50% additional fee - as your designer will drop all the projects he is working on to solely focus on your project.
Do your stationary prices includes printing?
No. It will be cheaper for you to print your designs at your local printing shop. We will supply you with all the print-ready files, and work with the printers if neccesary. If you would like to work with an online printer - we would recommend vista print, but do not take any responsibility for the service they deliver.
What if I found a typing error on my design?
We will of-course, fix that for you. Everyone makes mistakes, and we will be happy to correct them for you at no extra charge. However, if the wording error turns out to be a wording change (client decided to change the wording for some reason) - there will be a fee for changes after finalization.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer discounted prices for our existing customers when ordering additional designs. We also have some specials from time to time, which will be displayed on our home page.
